Riverside Medical offers comprehensive family medicine care with an in-house pharmacy affiliated with Value Drug Mart.
Renew your prescription after your appointment, ask questions while you wait, or even get a rapid strep test in house and skip the wait at the hospital.
Riverside Medical a walk-in clinic serves any public member in need of medical care on a walk-in basis and with no appointment required. Although no appointment is required, we will aim to uphold high standards of care and patient-focused management. Walk-in will be seen as soon as one of our healthcare providers are available.
Monday - Friday
9:00pm – 5:00pm (clinic hours)
12:00pm – 1:00pm (closed for lunch)
5:00pm – 7:00pm for extended hours on Mondays, excluding holidays
These times and dates are subject to change as providers schedules change for Hospitalist shifts, On Call shifts, and other out of office commitments.
If demand is high, we will aim to provide continued after hours care. Please see our website and Facebook page for updates.

***Please note, narcotics will not be prescribed at the walk-in.
Our physicians are available to perform minor procedures, from suturing lacerations to mole removals. Some examples of minor procedures we can perform in-house are:
- Joint injection
- Laceration repair
- Punch biopsy
- Mole removal
- IUD removal
- IUD insertion
