How can I book an appointment?
Information on booking an appointment is available here.
Are you seeing patients during Covid?
Yes, we are currently seeing patients in-person as well as providing telehealth options for care. In-person appointments are staggering and limited to help with social distancing public health guidelines.
Is it possible to get a same day appointment?
Yes, please call 403.823.5000 to see what same day appointments are available.
Should my child see a pediatrician or a family physician?
Both pediatricians and family doctors can provide care for babies, children and teens. They do routine care (check-ups, immunizations) and see children when they are sick. In most rural towns, the family physician provides routine care and they may refer your child to a pediatrician for a specific health issue, while remaining involved in your child’s care.
Can I book a meet and greet appointment before formally transferring my file?
Of course! We understand that patients want to ensure that a physician is a good fit for their goals and values. Booking a meet and greet appointment is a reasonable request and strongly encouraged. This will also provide us with an opportunity to relay our practice philosophies and introduce you to our outstanding staff.

What is the model of the “Patient Medical Home”?
As noted at www.patientsmedicalhome.ca, in this vision, every family practice across Canada offers the medical care that Canadians wants: seamless care that is centered on individual patients’ needs, within their community, throughout every stage of life, and integrated with other health services.
Why are the exam rooms themed instead of formal offices?
The concept of the clinic is the Patient’s Medical Home. This model puts the patient first. Having a physician office structure would make the environment physician-centric and take away from the vision of a patient medical home. We hope the theme rooms make it easy for patient flow and give you a comfortable space for your physician appointment targeted to your individual needs at each visit.
