My name is Rogelyn Cervantes, and I am one of Riverside Medical’s Patient Care Coordinators. My family and I moved to Canada from the Philippines in 2010 to search for a more stable economy than what we had back home. I finished Medical Laboratory Technology in the Philippines and worked at a university before coming to Canada. But for how many years after we arrived, I bounced from one customer service job to another, just so I can help my husband support and raise our five kids at the same time.

Working in Riverside Medical as a PCC gave me the opportunity to work both worlds that I come to love, the world of Medical and Customer Service. I am very fortunate that even after a long time of not being in the medical field, I now became a part of a talented, compassionate, efficient, and hard-working medical team. I look forward to helping this team deliver timely and comprehensive healthcare service to all our patients in the many years to come.
