Maria is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) student completing a three-month practicum at Riverside Medical starting in May. She holds a nursing degree from the University of Calgary and brings over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, primarily in Emergency Medicine. Maria is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centered care with a special interest in chronic disease management and mental health. She is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting patients in achieving their health and wellness goals throughout her clinical placement.
