Amanda graduated with a master’s degree from Dalhousie University in 2019 and worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a primary care clinic in Brandon, Manitoba. During this time, with the support of Brandon University, she started up and ran a weekly clinic to provide on-site health care for all university and college students in the area. Amanda believes in the Patient Medical Home model and the emphasis on inter professional care.

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, she is a huge Saskatchewan Roughrider fan and you will most likely see her around town wearing green on game days. When not working or cheering for her team, Amanda enjoys reading, spending time outside and trying out new recipes she finds on Pinterest. She is very excited to put roots down in Drumheller and enjoy the Albertan advantage.

Amanda will have a full scope practice as part of the Riverside Medical team, and will provide same day accessibility and continuity of care for all of our Riverside Medical patients.
